Invoicing Made Simple
Clover invoicing provides a modern and efficient solution for businesses looking to streamline their billing operations. With its user-friendly interface, businesses can easily create and send professional invoices directly to clients. Follow these simple steps or watch our Demo video below to learn how you can send invoices using Clover.
Steps:
1. Log into your Clover Dashboard account
2. Select Virtual Terminal
3. Under Transaction Type select Invoice
4. Enter the sale amount
5. Select a customer to bill or add new customer to put in their information
6. Select Create New Invoice
Once these steps are completed the customer will receive an email with the link to pay the invoice as shown below in the video.
It's important to note that while Clover invoicing offers convenience and efficiency in managing billing, it does not provide protection against fraud. Businesses using this feature should implement additional security measures to safeguard against fraudulent activities.
